Happy Holidays and new beginnings!

Happy holidays to you and your loved ones. Since having my daughter I find myself trying to juggle family and two businesses. Like most moms, it's difficult to juggle family time, work, and time for ourselves. I'm making a promise to myself to find time to do more for myself...especially the gym!!! Oh the gym...one of my favorite past times, that became my OCD prior to kids.

I've asked close friend to help me to get back to my pre-pregnancy shape. She has already put a two week cardio routine that calls for 2 hours of cardio a day...A DAY!!!! I've already color coded my outlook calendar to reflect kids, work and workout schedule. LOL, yes color coded - in hopes that I'm a little less scattered and a little more "together".

So what does this all mean...it means that my blog will be more than just exciting new updates about Stella & Dot. It will be about a mom of two trying to find balance and time for herself, the two week journey of cardio hell, and last but not least, my passion for Stella & Dot and Xtreme Lashes.

I'm back from HOOPLA, our annual Fall jewelry launch and stylist training event, and I'm so excited for what's happening with Stella & Dot! I got to sneak a peek at the new fall jewelry collection, meet wonderful women and hear inspiring of success stories how they have revived their lives and their families income with their Stella & Dot businesses. Looking over my many, many notes, here are some exciting updates about the company.

• Stella & Dot will launch a line of fabulous branded jewelry cases and jewelry roll-ups! The portable jewelry cases will be available in two colors & prints: a quilted navy (similar to the qilted chanel bags) and a turquoise option featuring the signature Stella & Dot scalloped print. Stella & Dot Featured in Real Simple Magazine

Stella & Dot jewelry has been featured in Real Simple magazine for the second month in a row. The magazine featured a pair of Stella & Dot earrings in the July 2010 issue of Real Simple in a summer fashion spread. Check out the Goa Pendant Earrings from Stella & Dot for just $48. Also seen on the hit show The Bachelorette, the pretty earrings feature a truly unique design of genuine turquoise and yellow quartz.
